How to redeem
The Italo Gift Card can be used to purchase Italo AV train tickets on http://www.italotreno.it and the Italo Treno APP for mobile devices and at travel agencies Notes: The Italo Gift Card can only be used to purchase an Italo AV train ticket in any travel environment, on all commercial offers and for all routes served by Italo. If the ticket is priced higher than the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid. If the ticket has a price lower than the value of the Gift card, there is no refund of the difference as the Gift Card is used only once. If the Italo Gift Card is partially used, the remaining part cannot be used for a further purchase, cannot be recorded as a credit for another trip, nor can it be cashed in. The Italo Gift Card can be used for journeys to be made on an Italo AV train within its validity date, it is not personal, divisible and refundable, not even in the event of theft or loss and cannot be combined with other Cards. Italo gift cards are valid for 6 months.
