  • Your balance is store credit in EUR and can only be spent on AirGifty.
  • Your card details stay with our payment provider. We receive limited transaction metadata.

This page covers payment on https://airgifty.com, the marketplace run by VORNIC AI LABS LTD (Company No. 17347919). The Delivery Policy and the Refund Policy complete the picture.

Before you add funds

A prepaid shop

Money is collected from you only when you top up your wallet. Each card you then order is paid from the wallet balance with a single click, without a new charge to your card.

We run no subscriptions, auto-top-ups, automatic renewals or monthly memberships, and we keep no card on file to bill you automatically later. Each line on your card or bank statement matches a wallet top-up you personally confirmed at checkout.

What your wallet is

The wallet holds store credit in EUR for buying gift cards on AirGifty. It is not a bank account, an e-money account, a prepaid payment instrument or an investment product, and it earns no interest. You can spend the balance only on AirGifty. It cannot be passed to another user, changed into another currency or paid out to a bank account, except by way of a refund granted under the Refund Policy.

Payment options

What you can use depends on your country and on the provider handling your checkout. The top-up screen lists the options, which typically include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and other schemes) and bank transfer, with SEPA where supported. The list shown at checkout is the one that applies that day.

Currency and tax

Top-ups and gift card prices are shown in EUR. If your card or bank account uses a different currency, your card scheme or bank converts the amount at its own rate and may charge fees we have no control over. VAT and any other indirect taxes follow the place-of-supply rules for digital services. Business customers in the EU can give us a valid VAT identifier so that the reverse-charge mechanism, or the relevant exemption, is applied where available.

While your top-up is processed

Who handles your card

Payments are processed by our authorised third-party payment provider, named on the top-up screen and on your receipt. For the payment data it handles, that provider is a separate controller. Your full card number is never seen or stored by AirGifty. We receive only a limited set of transaction metadata: the transaction reference, the last four digits, the card brand and the settlement amount, or the SEPA reference for a bank transfer. We need these to issue receipts, keep our accounts and look into disputes.

Card data is captured on the provider's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure and never reaches our servers in full. Only the reduced metadata listed above comes through to AirGifty.

Authorisation and your new balance

A top-up begins when you confirm the amount at checkout. Once authorisation has gone through, including any Strong Customer Authentication step (3-D Secure) required by PSD2, the matching balance is added to your wallet and you can spend it straight away. A failed authorisation adds nothing.

If authorisation succeeded and the balance still has not appeared, please do not try again. Send us the transaction reference instead and we will reconcile the top-up.

Paying by bank transfer

Where bank transfer is available, your balance is credited after our payment provider has confirmed the funds have arrived. Transfers usually take longer to clear than card payments. Enter the payment reference from the top-up screen exactly as shown, because a missing or incorrect reference can hold up reconciliation.

Fraud and sanctions checks

We screen top-ups and orders for signs of fraud, chargeback abuse, use of stolen cards, coordinated misuse and sanctions matches. When the risk passes a threshold, a top-up can be blocked at checkout, a transaction held for manual review, or an account paused while we investigate. We do not knowingly take payments from, and cannot provide the service to, individuals or entities on UK, EU, US or UN sanctions lists, or anyone located in an embargoed jurisdiction.

When you spend the balance

How an order is debited

When you confirm an order for a particular card, its price is taken from your wallet and the code is issued. If the balance does not cover that card, the order stops there and nothing is partly charged. Every movement in the wallet, whether a top-up, a debit or a refund credit, appears on your account ledger with the balance that followed it.

Prices, offers and availability

Prices, discount labels and countdown promotions depend on availability at the moment you order. If a listing error produces a materially wrong price, we may decline the order and give back the debited balance. Regional and promotional prices follow the region of the code you are buying, so they may differ from what the same brand costs at retail elsewhere.

After you have paid

Receipts and invoices

Each successful top-up triggers an e-mailed receipt, which is also saved in your account, and each order appears as a line on the account ledger. If you ask, we can reissue an invoice that shows your business details, your VAT identifier where relevant, and the transaction reference. Let us know about changes to invoice details within a reasonable time: once an accounting period has closed, a reissue may no longer be possible.

If a charge looks wrong

Speak to us before your bank

If you think a charge is incorrect, contact us before you raise a chargeback, since most disputes are settled quickly between us. A chargeback opened before we have had a fair chance to look into it may lead us to pause the account while the payment provider investigates. If a chargeback goes against a top-up whose balance you have already spent on codes, or the balance is still there and the chargeback amount is recovered, we may debit the equivalent sum from your wallet.

Over the life of your account

Updates to these payment rules

We may revise this page when payment methods, providers or the law change. As there are no subscriptions, an update can never alter a recurring commitment.
