Before your first order
Where our codes come from
We buy codes from authorised distributors and sell them on to you. Because of that we keep no physical stock and there is never a parcel to wait for.
Who your agreement is with
AirGifty is an independent reseller. We do not act as an agent for the platforms whose products appear in our catalogue, so the contract you enter is with us and nobody else.
Once your code is in hand
Who deals with a problem
If something is wrong, our own support team handles it directly. Where money is owed back to you, we pay that refund ourselves instead of passing you along to a publisher.
