• Pay only with methods you are entitled to use, and never use the wallet for financial crime.
• Codes are for your own use or to give away, not to resell for profit.
• Bots, scraping, promotion abuse and false refund claims are not allowed.
• Breaches can lead to account closure and loss of balance tied to the breach.

These are the rules for using AirGifty (https://airgifty.com), run by VORNIC AI LABS LTD (Company No. 17347919). They are part of the Terms and Conditions and apply to the marketplace, your account, the wallet, the checkout and every code you buy here.

When you set up your account

Your responsibility

What you do on AirGifty, and every purchase made from your account, is your responsibility. Your activity has to stay within the law, respect other people's rights and follow the terms of the brands whose codes you buy.

True details and a single account

The information you give at registration and in your account must be true. Opening extra accounts to get around a suspension, per-account order limits or fraud checks is not allowed, and neither is creating or using an account for someone else without their authority.

When you top up

Payment methods that are yours

Use only payment methods you are lawfully entitled to use. Funding the wallet with a stolen, cloned, synthetic or otherwise fraudulent card, a bank account belonging to someone else, or any payment method obtained by deception is forbidden. So is giving false billing details or misrepresenting who you are or which country you are in at checkout.

Financial crime

The AirGifty wallet must never be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, tax evasion or any other financial crime. You may not use AirGifty to route value between payment methods, to convert one currency or payment instrument into another, or to move funds for a third party.

When you buy codes

Gifting is fine, trading is not

AirGifty is a retail marketplace, and the codes it sells are meant for personal or business end-use. Passing a code on to another individual as a gift is allowed. What you may not do is resell purchased codes for profit on marketplaces or exchanges, build up purchases here to exploit regional price differences at scale, or run a resale business on AirGifty stock without a written commercial agreement with us.

Bots, scraping and stockpiling

The following are forbidden: automated buying through bots, scripts, headless browsers or misuse of the API; scraping prices, stock levels or discount data; and stockpiling limited-stock listings such as "clearance" or "deal of the day" in ways meant to defeat per-user limits or drain promotional inventory. Keep within published rate limits, per-account limits and fair-use thresholds.

Promotions and referrals

Discount codes, welcome bonuses, referral rewards and campaign offers must be used as their published terms describe. Exploiting them with duplicate accounts, fake referrals or timing tricks is not allowed, and we reserve the right to reverse any promotional balance obtained in breach of this rule.

Brand terms after redemption

Redeeming a code with a brand such as Netflix, Amazon or Steam makes you subject to that brand's own terms. Do not use AirGifty to buy codes for bulk resale to third parties against a brand's terms, to get around geographic restrictions on a brand's service, or to obtain codes for passing on to sanctioned persons.

If you report a problem

Honest claims only

Every request for a refund or a replacement code must be truthful. Claiming that a working code does not work, opening a chargeback without first contacting us, or trying to keep both the refund and the redeemed value of a code are treated as fraud and result in the account being closed.

At every stage

Unlawful or harmful activity

AirGifty must not be used to further any unlawful activity. This includes, without limitation, fraud, phishing, extortion, child exploitation, terrorism, human trafficking, illegal gambling operations, and acquiring digital services to use as tools for crime.

Leave our systems alone

Without our express written permission you may not probe, scan or test AirGifty or any connected system. You also may not gain unauthorised access to an account or to any infrastructure, try to manipulate wallet balances, order status or delivery records, or reverse-engineer proprietary code or fulfilment logic.

When we find misuse

What we may do

We may look into reports and use both technical and human review to detect misuse. Depending on how serious the matter is and its context, we may warn you, cancel an order, hold a wallet balance during an investigation, refuse further top-ups, suspend or close an account, forfeit unspent balance obtained in connection with the breach, preserve evidence, or report the conduct to the authorities. In serious cases we may act without warning you first.

Telling us about misuse

To report suspected misuse of AirGifty, e-mail info@airgifty.com describing the issue and attaching any links or screenshots, plus an account or order identifier if you have one. We keep reports confidential as far as we are able.

Governing law

The laws of England and Wales govern this policy, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
