• AirGifty resells codes issued by third-party brands. We are not the issuer.

These Terms are the ground rules for using AirGifty (https://airgifty.com), run by VORNIC AI LABS LTD. By registering an account, topping up your wallet or placing an order, you accept them. They apply alongside the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Payment Policy, the Delivery Policy, the Refund Policy and the Service Promise.

Before you register

The company you contract with

AirGifty is run by VORNIC AI LABS LTD, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales under company number 17347919. Its registered office is at Dept 6940, 43 Owston Road, Carcroft, Doncaster, England, DN6 8DA. Wherever these Terms say "we", "us", "our" or "AirGifty", they mean VORNIC AI LABS LTD and the marketplace at airgifty.com, including its subdomains and API.

What you can buy here

AirGifty is an online marketplace for digital gift cards, top-up codes and prepaid vouchers issued by third-party brands, for example Netflix, Amazon, Steam, PlayStation, Apple and hundreds more. Codes are delivered digitally, by e-mail and to your account.

A reseller, not the issuer

We resell codes. No brand's gift card or voucher is issued by us. Redemption, the goods or services behind a code, and anything that happens after a code is used all fall under the issuing brand's terms. Brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners, and nothing on AirGifty suggests endorsement by, or partnership with, any of those brands unless we expressly say so.

The wallet is not a payment service

We do not provide a payment service. The AirGifty wallet is store credit for use on AirGifty, and it is not a bank account, an e-money account, a prepaid payment instrument or an investment product. Its balance cannot be withdrawn to a bank account, moved to another user, exchanged into another currency, or used to pay merchants outside AirGifty.

Age and authority

You must be at least 18 and have the legal capacity to make a contract. If you use AirGifty for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

Our platform and other brands' marks

The marketplace, its catalog structure, the wallet system, the code-fulfilment logic, the templates, the documentation and the AirGifty brand are owned by VORNIC AI LABS LTD or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of them to you.

Brand names, logos, trademarks and imagery connected with the gift cards on sale belong to their respective owners, and AirGifty shows them only to identify the products offered. Their presence does not mean those brands sponsor, endorse, partner with or approve of AirGifty, unless this is explicitly stated.

While you use your account

Looking after your login

Sign up with a valid e-mail address, keep your credentials safe and keep your contact details current. Anything done under your login is treated as done by you. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, tell us at info@airgifty.com. You need our written permission to hold more than one account, and you may not sell, share or transfer an account.

What you type into AirGifty

Search terms, product notes, support messages, addresses and anything else you enter are your "Input". The rights you already have in your Input stay with you. You give VORNIC AI LABS LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, process and back up your Input, only so that we can operate the marketplace, run checkout and delivery, provide support, meet legal duties and prevent abuse. Your Input is never sold, and it is not used to train AI models.

Rules of conduct

The Acceptable Use Policy also governs how you use AirGifty and forms part of these Terms. A serious or repeated breach can lead to immediate suspension or closure of the account and, where applicable, forfeiture of unspent wallet balance obtained in connection with the breach.

When you top up and order

Top up first, then buy

Purchasing on AirGifty is a prepaid process in two steps. Step one: you top up your wallet from a supported payment method with an amount of your choice, and it is credited as store credit in EUR. Step two: you order from any product page, the price is taken from your wallet balance, and the code is delivered to your account and your e-mail.

We have no subscriptions, auto-top-ups, monthly memberships or seat licences, and no recurring charges on a card kept on file. Every entry on your card statement relates to a top-up you confirmed yourself.

Wallet balance is store credit only. It earns no interest and cannot be exchanged for money except through a valid refund under the Refund Policy.

When the sale is made

The sale contract for a particular gift card comes into being when your order is confirmed on-screen after the wallet debit and the code is issued to your account. Before then, the prices and stock you see are indicative and may change.

Regions

Every code we sell is locked to the region shown on its product page, for example EU, DE, US or IN. You are responsible for choosing the region that matches the account where you will redeem it, and a mismatch you selected is not a defect in the code.

Prices and time-limited offers

Prices, discount labels and countdown offers ("deal of the day", "clearance", "last units") depend on availability when you place the order. If a listing error leads to a materially wrong price, we reserve the right to decline the order and return the debited amount to your wallet balance.

After the code arrives

Delivery

Codes reach you digitally, by e-mail and in your AirGifty account, normally within seconds of the order. The Delivery Policy sets out the detailed rules.

Redeeming with the brand

Redemption takes place directly between you and the issuing brand, under that brand's terms. Typical issuer rules cover region eligibility, an expiry window for redemption, minimum or maximum amounts per account, and identity checks. AirGifty is not responsible if an issuing brand decides to accept, reject, freeze or reverse a redemption, or later changes its policies. If a code fails on the correct region for a reason that lies with AirGifty or the code itself, the Refund Policy applies.

If something goes wrong

Availability of the service

We provide the marketplace "as is" and "as available". The availability commitments for paying users are in the Service Promise. We do not warrant that access will always be uninterrupted, secure or defect-free, or that a given brand's stock, region or discount will stay available.

Because AirGifty resells third-party codes, the goods and services you get through redemption come from the issuing brand, and we cannot guarantee how satisfied you will be with your use of a brand's platform.

Events beyond our control

We are not liable for failing, or being late, to perform our obligations under these Terms when the cause is outside our reasonable control. Examples are natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, general internet outages, denial-of-service attacks, upstream failures of gift card suppliers, code-fulfilment partners, issuing brands, payment providers or hosting providers, and interruptions to e-mail delivery or DNS. For as long as such an event lasts our performance is suspended, and we will make reasonable efforts to explain the impact and restore normal service as quickly as possible. If a force majeure event materially prevents delivery of a paid-for order for more than 72 hours, the amount concerned is returned to your wallet balance.

Limits on our liability

As far as the laws of England and Wales permit, VORNIC AI LABS LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost savings, business opportunity, data or goodwill.

Our total cumulative liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the affected purchases in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) GBP 100.

These Terms do not limit any liability that English law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory consumer rights apply in all cases.

Over the life of your account

Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close an account if these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the law have been broken, if we suspect fraud or chargeback abuse, if a regulator or other authority requires it, or if a payment issue remains unresolved.

You can close your account whenever you wish by writing to info@airgifty.com. A positive wallet balance at closure that was not acquired through a breach or fraud is refunded to the payment method that funded it, where the Refund Policy allows. In any other case it is forfeited.

When these Terms change

We may revise these Terms as the marketplace, the applicable law or our operations change. We will tell you about material changes by e-mail or in-app at least 30 days before they apply, and continuing to use AirGifty after the effective date counts as acceptance.

Law and courts

The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law entitles you to bring a claim somewhere else.
