How to redeem
To redeem: The voucher can be redeemed on https://www.floraprima.de/ Select the desired product and add it to the shopping cart. Proceed to checkout. Select "Voucher" as the payment method and click on "Activate voucher". Your voucher value will now be deducted from the total. Notes: The voucher can be redeemed on https://www.floraprima.de/ or by telephone on 01805 455 615 (14 ct/min from a German landline; mobile maximum price 42 ct/min). Please note that the vouchers that you purchase are themselves subject to separate terms and conditions. Please note that only one voucher can be redeemed per order. Several vouchers can be redeemed when ordering via the flower delivery hotline. The voucher is valid for 6 months. You will retain the remainder of the voucher. A voucher redemption from Austria and Switzerland with shipping to these countries is possible. In addition, only a limited range is offered for Austria and Switzerland. Please refer to the website of the voucher provider for any shipping costs.
